Asked what she would say to the singer today, Rodgers said: "Time´s up".

Kelly, accused of serial sexual predation and abuse, tried to silence one of his accusers, Faith Rodgers, by making threats against her reputation and character, she said. Allred also directly addressed Kelly while reading her statement: "Mr. Kelly, your disgusting tactics will not prevent women who allege that they were victimized from telling their truth".

NY: A woman who sued R. Kelly accusing the American R&B star of sexual battery, knowingly infecting her with a sexually transmitted disease, and false imprisonment says he has threatened her.

Kelly's attorney officially denied the many claims against Kelly in an interview with the Associated Press on Friday, where he called the Lifetime documentary "disgusting" and claimed that "some producer went running around and solicited all these people, did a Jerry Springer-esque show and there is all this uproar".

"We are here today to let Mr. Kelly know in no uncertain terms that he can not and will not intimidate his alleged victims into keeping silent about their allegations", one of her lawyers, Gloria Allred, said at the news conference Monday.

Rodgers, 21, sued Kelly in April, alleging he "initiated nonconsensual" sex acts and intentionally infected her with genital herpes.

"This is to enlighten you concerning the presumption of court appearances that you may not be aware of since attorneys are taught a coloring of law and not Canon or Common Law. It's fiction for corporate fictions of which I am not".

They include a signed eviction notice put on hold to give Kelly until next week to pay.

The studio has been the site of recent protests against Kelly, with those involved calling on promoters to stop booking his concerts.
