Many reports suggest that Samsung will be eyeing the 5G market, and for that a Galaxy S10 will support the latest connectivity standard in the industry.

Driven by its P20 series shipments, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei's share in the global premium smartphone segment hit double digits for the first time in the third quarter of 2018, according to Counterpoint Research.

28 December 2018 insiders revealed very many details about what will be the Samsung Galaxy A50, what features it will boast, and on which operating system will work right from the start of sales.

According to a GalaxyClub the smartphone will have a 24 MP rear camera.

The smartphone is expected to have OLED display and wireless charging. And it appears that the company is also working on two other mid-tier phones, the Galaxy M20 and Galaxy A50.

Here's a look at Galaxy A50's possible specs. Samsung, meanwhile, is rumored to introduce an improved version of in-display fingerprint sensors with the Galaxy S10, but the next flagship won't be the first Samsung phone to pack new sensors.

Having said that, consumers in India have no reason to feel excited about this possibility, as the supposed device will mostly be available in markets like Europe and USA among others. More surprisingly, the phone will run Android 9 Pie out of the box. The M Series will also be a mid-range series.

The smartphone is also expected to have in-display fingerprint sensor.

Impact: The Galaxy A50 will likely offer excellent battery life, given the large battery capacity and the power-efficient nature of the Exynos 9610 chipset.

The blog adds that the phone will be announced only after the Korean tech giant unveils its Galaxy S10 flagship.
