Owner warns others to stop feeding 'gold-digging' dog McDonald's

In a Facebook post that's now gone viral, her owner, Betsy Reyes, accused the pup of pretending to be a stray, so fast food customers will throw her free burgers.

In her post, Reyes shares that her dog does this to make people feel bad for her and feed her "burgers".

According to a CBC report, Reyes found out about her dog after she made a decision to catch her in the sneaky act. She drove to McDonald's on Monday night night and found Princess there, waiting to be fed.

Sharing the footage, Reyes wrote: 'When I caught her ass in the act'.

The video shows Reyes pulling up her vehicle beside Princess when the dog immediately recognized her, and began wagging her tail.

But Reyes made a decision to go one step further and catch her dog in the act and drove to her local McDonald's on Monday night. Reyes posted two videos on social media showing Princess working the parking lot at McDonald's.

Unfortunately, one look at the the driver was all it took for the conning canine to realize she only had a few minutes left before she'd be shuttled back home and returned to a life of kibble.
